Worldwide Hospice Palliative Care Alliance (WHPCA)
The WHPCA is striving for a world where there is universal access to hospice and palliative care. We are focused on four strategic objectives:
- To be a strong, sustainable and efficient global membership organisation exclusively focused on hospice and palliative care
- To be an effective and powerful global voice and advocate for hospice and palliative care
- To promote integration of palliative care into country health systems drawing on and supporting local technical expertise
- To promote and assist national associations to integrate palliative care into national undergraduate and postgraduate health science curricula and health & social care workers training programs.

The vision of the IAHPC is a world free from health related suffering. They serve as a global platform to inspire, inform and empower individuals, governments and organizations to increase access and optimize the practice of palliative care.

ICPCN‘s mission is to achieve the best quality of life and care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, their families and carers worldwide, by raising awareness of children’s palliative care, lobbying for the global development of children’s palliative care services, and sharing expertise, skills and knowledge.
